I have purchased a Samsung Microwave Oven on August, 2009. Last month the appliance stops functioning. I have registered a service request on 17th May,I called for servicing as this is within warranty period. My Samsung service complain no:-8414995137.
After some day a service engineer come and detected that there is some problem in it and it needs to be replaced. I have given the Xerox copy of the cash memo as per his requirement. Since then I have got no reply. I have tried at least 10 to 12 days to contact and called customer care several times. Every time they assured me that I will get a call within a few hours, but that never happend. I am totally fed up with this now. I think Samsung has the worst after sale service for its products.
