SUBJECT : complaint about Samsung Plasma model no. PS43D450A2XXT

This is to inform you that I have purchased a Samsung Plasma TV (Model No. PS43D450A2XXT) from Bangkok through Credit Card in the month of September 2011. I faced some problem in the product and registered my complaint on the customer care centre with request no. 8439423057 on 24th January, 2012. I received a phone call on which some service engineer (Amandeep Singh) asked about the problem, which I told him, to my great shock he immediately refused to visit my place and asked that he can only visit if I pay him Rs.1100/-. I was annoyed with his response and immediately called the customer care again, BUT I can not understand what has happed to a BIG BRAND COMPANY called SAMSUNG is begging for mere eleven hundred rupees as visiting charges and has no interest about CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. On repeated calls at customer care centre, I have been told that my request is blocked. HOW CAN SUCH A BIG COMPANY CAN BLOCK THE CUSTOMER’S REQUEST WITHOUT ATTENDING IT.

I owe the WARRANTY CARD and other documents including Custom Clearance to prove that I have purchased the product for self usage which is highly official and not from the grey market { WHICH I AM TREATED LIKE}.

I must inform you that the employees who are serving the SAMSUNG are spoiling the brand name and discouraging customers to further buy any product of SAMSUNG and to recommend it to others. Kindly look into the matter.

Thanking you,

Yours truly,
