I purchased a samsung LED TV and wireless home theater system on 29 aug 2009 for which i ordered installation on 28 sept 2009 vide BP(request) no. 8404401030 and till date only the tv got installed and even after my repeated requests and complaints under the same number the samsung executive failed to come even for the installation of the home theater. now almost the year is passing and the warranty will expire but the system is not yet installed even. what a service? and now the LED TV has also developed a problem which these people are not capable of rectifying even after repeated attempts. sometimes they feel that there is a hardware problem and sometimes they say there is a software problem but they dont have the software for that and it will take time. now what should i do?
