The problem of too much ice deposite in upper portion was since begining , when in Guarantee period of 1 and a half year i called the service centre they guided me only on phone that i switch off the unit for a night and it will be all right , and this worked also but after some time it again happened , again i was guided to do the same , but now after gurantee period is over they sent their engineer who visited and told that some components will be replaced , he replaced and gave me a bill of 1470 Rs , while this problem was prevailing , In my view they should not have charged me at least this time , can u ask them to refund me my amount
