I bought a Samsung refridgerator & IFB washing machine at Viveks T.Nagar on 1/10/11. Fridge was deleivered after 10 days, after so many calls and visits to the shop. There is no proper response from the dealer. Everyone is blaming game. Billing persons are pointing at Sales persons, and they in turn are pointing at Samsung itself.
Initial reason said was they ordered the wrong model number from Samsung, for that they need to cancel the existing order and need to place a new order. Which they did only after i questioned them for getting it delivered. Still they didnt order it on the said date. They ordered it only after i told them that am going to cancel the delivery and taking back the money.
The response i got was very poor. They are telling lies on the face. There is a customer care center at Mylapore, which is not good at all. All they do is just point us back to the T.Nagar branch (which we already know).
Finally it was delivered after 11 days, and there is no people available for demo (demo guys only give the stand for fridge). For that also i was waiting for a week.
Funny thing is i was getting calls from a customer care team asking how good is the service??????
For the delay in delivery & the amount of calls i placed & number of times i went to the shop, who is going to reimburse the expenses.
