SAMSUNG SERVICE QUALITY SUCKS!

I logged in a complaint on 23rd and till 29th no one has even bothered to acknowledge a complaint.

My compressor for refrigerator stopped working (under warranty), I logged in a complaint on 23rd and there is no response from Samsung till 29th. Next time I am buying a Chinese / local appliance but not Samsung. At least I know when Chinese appliances stop, I go and buy new one!

If you do not mean to honour it, DO NOT GIVE WARRANTY!!! WAKE UP AND GET SOME SERVICE QUALITY STANDARDS!

SAMSUNG WILL TAKE PRIZE FOR WORST SERVICE STANDARD EVER

I have called too many people in Samsung and lost track, no one has helped me resolve a complaint but given contact numbers of other people (I believe I have around 10 to 12 numbers or maybe more and still no single person who could answer me when could the compressor be replaced. One person who stands out in horrible service quality is DEEPAK –mobile no 8010156911). Deepak excels in disconnecting phone and not answering a simple question like when can I expect a resolution. I think he went to special school where they teach how not to respect a customer and take care of a promise that your company gave to a customer (replacing a compressor under warranty!)

Stop selling things if u guys can’t keep them!

I really wish I could find the CEO / MD or someones email id but I am sure they need to be protected so that they never come across real consumer issues. Someone, if you give me the email id, I will like to bring it to his notice how horribly SAMSUNG sucks!
