I bought a Samsung refrigerator 5 years back. Model No: RT40MAEW. During these years, the appliance gradually lost its cooling capacities and even the ability to defrost it automatically
I have lodged 3 complaints to the company but there seems to be no effect. The company has not yet taken any action as far as the service of the appliance is concerned.
The company has stopped the production of this refrigerator and hence seems to be reluctant in providing the services
