We have purchased a Samsung Refrigerator (26M) from Sales Emporium, Kolkata. In the time of delivery, we noticed that front leg (right side) was not kept rightly. But they told that this will be ok. We complained Samsung and they came, took some photographs and told that the refrigerator will be replaced. Suddenly, one day (they told they would come at 12.00 noon and they came at last at 9.00 pm) they came with a different model of refrigerator and told to take. But we refused. After that, no body is entertaining us. The refrigerator is leaning and anyday this can be broken. We purchased this while M/s. Sales Emporium has given a discount during Poila Boishakh. If now we can go for purchasing the same refrigerator, the price will be more.

Please advise them either they should replace the refrigerator (the same model) or pay back the cash (the actual price of the refrigerator)

my complaint against BP No:8407119275 dated 12.06.2010 till nobody gave me any feed back from your side so i request you to please send your technical man at an early date to solve the problem
