> Details: As per the dealer / showroom manager the Refrigerator was in transit on22nd october and will arrive by 25th of October 2011, but when enquired on 25th Oct 2011, the answer was that on the invoice it was written 26th of October as delivery date and we should not ask for the same before-date.
The showroom manager's and staff behavior was rude and insulting, it was a total mental harassment to us.
Till now the purchased Refrigerator is not delivered and no response is coming up from the dealer and customer support staff.
We have paid our money and product is not delivered till date.
Do we have to go for some legal actions against such illtreatment & false commitment and forgery against money blocking of a customer.
