I have a semi-Automatic washing machine and i register the complaint to their customer care regarding my top panel damage on August 1st week of 2011 and on 10th the person visited my house and said it has to be ordered. i said do what ever nessary to make it done.

As of today 18/10/2011 they have not yet given my the top panel so that my washing machine can work.

I need a help to solve this issue
