i have complained in samsung regarding my refrigerator not working approx 1 month back i.e. 1st of may but still there has been no response from any of the representative of samsung or higher authority. Whenever we call to helpline no. 1800 1100 11 (bsnl/mtnl) which is never able to connect and 1800 3000 8282 always busy...though after much much hard work i contacted engineer and ask them to solve it. They took the refrigerator to their work shop and than called me saying its working fine at the workshop and returned the refrigerator. But after a day it stopped again with the same fault. And as on date..its in the same position....so i am now frustated and would suggest you people not to buy samsung home appliances as there is not after sales service and no assurity of work.
