We have purchased one Split AC - SAMSUNG AC 1.5 TON ON 25-10-2009. IT HAS WORKED ONLY FOR TWO MONTHS AND NEARLY FROM 5 MONTHS IT IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY AND THE PRIMARY PURPOSE FOR PURCHASE WAS FAILED DUE TO INABILITY/NONRESPONSE FROM THE COMPANY. WE HAVE LODGED THE COMPLAINT NO 8414250206 AND TILL DATE NO BODY IS ATTENDING. WE HAVE SPENT MOST OF OUR TIME CALLING THE SAMSUNG TOLL FREE NO. AND NO BODY IS RESPONDING AND NOBODY IS ATTENDING THE CALL OR THE COMPLAINT. PLEASE ADVISE US HOW TO PROCEED.
