We have purchased one Split AC - SAMSUNG AC 1.5 TON ON 25-10-2009. IT HAS WORKED ONLY FOR TWO MONTHS AND NEARLY FROM 5 MONTHS IT IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY AND THE PRIMARY PURPOSE FOR PURCHASE WAS FAILED DUE TO INABILITY/NONRESPONSE FROM THE COMPANY. WE HAVE LODGED THE COMPLAINT NO 8414250206 AND TILL DATE NO BODY IS ATTENDING. WE HAVE SPENT MOST OF OUR TIME CALLING THE SAMSUNG TOLL FREE NO. AND NO BODY IS RESPONDING AND NOBODY IS ATTENDING THE CALL OR THE COMPLAINT. PLEASE ADVISE US HOW TO PROCEED.

We have purchased a lg split ac 1 ton on 14-10-2010. It has worked only for 15 and nearly last 20 days it is not working and the primary purpose for purchase was failed due to inability/non response from the company. We are not any more interested and keen on keeping the same product as service is not good and such a new product is not working. We are looking for a cash back. We have lodged the complaint no c1051124905 on 11 may 2010 and till date no body is attending. We have spent most of our time calling the lg toll free no. The service is v.bad no one is attending the call or the complaint. Please advise us how to proceed.
