I have recently bought an SPLIT AC from SAMSUNG. From the first day I was not kind of impressed with the product as it took some time to cool a very small room for its capacity 1.5 ltr. I initially thought, may be due to the weather then in BANGALORE, yes it was really HOT!!!, its taking some time to cool. The days progressed, the weather got better but even then it is taking some time to cool and it drips a lot of water from the outdoor unit. I was kind of bothered and I have called up their CUSOMER CARE, this happened on APRIL 13. They were nice and they told me that they will send an expert. One/Two day(s) I received a call from their service guy asking for visit to my place, I asked him to visit my place after 6.00 PM, he said we would call me and visit after 6.00PM. But today being MAY 4, till now no one have visited my place yet in spite of my repeated calls to their customer care and their fake response of sending a guy or calling me back and loads of other shits. I know there should so many of people you have had a same experience as me. I would like make this a online petition. Please post your comments.
This is truly my experience with SAMSUNG customer care. In one word, it is very PATHETIC.
