Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to inform you that I have purchased a Samsung 18ULA split ac from Shree Electronics, 12, Super Shoping Complex, Bajaj Cross Road, opp. Union Bank of India, Kandivli (W), Mumbai-400067 on 18th of jan 2010.
I had complained on 17th of may 2010 for less cooling. Someone from Samsung came on 18th and checked the unit but could not find the problem. Again on 19th of may 2010 some engineer came and checked and told me that compressor is not working. someone will come later for this problem. Then again on 21st of may 2010 someone from Samsung service center came and took the out door unit for replacement of compressor. When I called to service guy, he told me it will take one week maximum. After one week I called the consumer service of Samsung as well as service center. They were not able to tell me exact thing. After that I called the dealer and again requested him to sort out this thing asap. He replied me that someone will come on 4th may2010 but again they failed and no one informed me about the fact. Finlay I got the ac on 6th may 2010. Someone from Samsung service center came and dropped it at my place and told us that the installation guy will come on 8th may 2010 but again no one reached. I called 6 to 7 time to service center and everytime they were keep telling that some one is coming and they kept me waited till 9 pm. Again next day I called costumer service of Samsung and they were not able to tell me anything.
I have recorded all conversations between me and Samsung Customer Service which can be produced anytime for proof.
Still I am waiting for installation. Now I want to return this ac and Samsung should pay for my inconvenience as well as torching me.
Please look in to this matter and help me out.
