I bought the 29 M21 tv in 2005 that needed the repair due to the technical problem . I registered my complaint at 30308282 about 12:30p.m (24/12/11) . they asked me the size of tv that i told them ihave no idea may be of 28 inches i had given DINe Jr ."Ok! Fine you have to pay Rs350+taxes ",he said. Later at 3:30p.m the engineer told me to pay Rs 550+taxes as your tv is 28 inches . I said i would pay 350 only. If you want to repair in that,you come. I even told the service centre my tv is this much, he said "maám we just see the height of tv, and the height of tv is 22 inches so you pay 350 only." The engineer came and started arguing about the height of tv ,in the afternoon he came here for harrasing what is the reason behind that the service charges are increased by the size of tv. we are here to measure tv as the service charges are flexible to harass the ladies at their home.He did not come with the computerised bill what the hell is going on?There is no transperacy in such a small work.
Please convert the system flexible for us with fixed amount.
Nobody will measure the device. the mechanic should come with proper bill
