Samsung TV Service
I won a Samsung TV set - Now its not working due to a small internal breakdown, I had requested samsung service centre to fix the same but they refused to do the same & advising me to replace entire 'picture tube' which costs around Rs.7000/-. (Actual cost of damaged/failed part would be very very less & i'm ready to pay any nominal charges as applicable).
