Logged a complaint in the Service Center of Samsung around 2 months back for a washing machine which is not working.An engineer visit suggested a part change in the machine.After that I have been regularly contacting them but is being told that the part is not available.After 15 days of complaint in service center I logged a complaint in Customer care of samsung too...Complaint no : 8404706390.The issue is been pending since more than 2 months now but my product has not been attended.For them the part is not available for only a 3 years old machine.Fed up of contacting the Service Center and Customer Care everyday but nobody turns up with a solution.

I am a resident of Agartala, Tripura. I purchased a SAMSUNG make, Model WF-8550, Front door washing machine on 09/11/2009. Serial number of the machine is 420751US600249. The machine is under warranty. After puchase of the machine I rarely used it. In fact it is not working for last three months. I lodged a complaint with local service centre of SAMSUNG. They sent their engineers and I made repeated phone calls and personal contact. They did not do anything. Being fed up with the indifferent attitude of the service centre I lodged a complaint with SAMSUNG service centre. My complaint number as informed by the tele-executive is 8416042610. Immediately after that complaint their service engineer again visited at my house. But nothing has been done inspite of all out efforts. I feel it is a very poor after sales service causing much inconvenience to the customer.

I therfoere ask for immediate repair or replacement of the machine and extension of warranty period for at least three months.
