I have purchased Samsung Washing Machine from "Next" Star Plaza, Palm Beach Road, Vashi , Navi Mumbai on 24.12.2010 for Rs. 17,990/- wide Inv No. 51202 dt 24.12.2010. The Same was Delivered on 27th Instant, and told that the Engineer will visit and will show the demo.

The Engineer visited and noticed that the machine was not functioning and hence told the while packing some packing material must have crept inside the machine and would ask the Smasung Engineer to visit the Site and rectify the same.

Next day some other Engineer visited but was not able to solve the same, and hence asked to call customer Care of Samsung , I contacted the Customer Care they Quote No. 8419129382 was given to me.

The Customer care told that we have informed the "Next" from where you have purchase to replace the same. When visited the "Next" from where the machine was purchased and payment made and asked for the replacement, the answer was "we are waiting for reply from Samsung. Please wait to a day or two and we will replace the same , the day 2 has become day four ? but the result ?.

Then the procedure of calling and repeating the complaint again and again followed with the end result NIL and giving the feedback that "Trust your query has been resolved" ?.

With only hope that Consumer Right Forum would do something, I have lodged this complaint,
