Dear all

By mistake i have purchased Samsung washing machine (In Banglore). They have horrible service team & customer support team.

Whenever you call customer care for service, they shamelessly ogise; our service person will visit your place tomorrow, this answer is being repeated for me since last two week. Not yet sorted the issue.

Please be carefull before chosing Samsung products!!!!
