I purchased fully automatic front loaded washing model p-10 make samsung in 2005-06. In 2008 machine stopped functioning,i did complaint through online customer care,engeenier visited and told me that machine,s pcb is worn out we have to change this part. We waited three months when this pcb came ,he replaced the pcb and charged 4500 bucks from me,machine started working.
On 20 may 2010 machine again stopped working again i registered the complaint again on 26th may,again engenier visited and checked machine,he told me again that pcb is damaged and we have to arrange from samsung india parts deptt so it will take atleast two weeks.
Ultimately i have to give concent to arrange.i was keep on waiting and our clothes were dumping in the time.
Yesterday i got a call from samsung exactly not able to found no. Because i was driving in hills and too many calls i attended but could not locate person told me that samsung india discontinued this model so we are not having any part of this machine.
Today i called samsung costomer care after talking to some executive she transfer the call to some technical supervisor rudely behaved me saying that puchase new one as already told you that we discontinued so we have no parts .
Now after investing 22000 bucks on the machine again samsung advising me to purchase new one.samsung have to give support for the product sold,please help me.
