We Purchased a Samsung Window AC 1.0ton 23.06.2006 having a warranty for the compressor for 5 years. On 06.05.2011 a complaint was registered wide complaint no 842900983 at around 11:00AM at the Samsung Customer Care Center where executive told me that the Engineer will charge 250+10.3% charges as a service charge which was agreed.
We waited for the executive till 09.05.2011 then again i called the customer care , then again they told that our executive will call u n visit u r place before 08:00PM .
Again after waiting for the service engineer on 12.05.2011 i again called the customer care center where i got the same answer as above and the executive gave me the number of service center (011- 43317746 / 43317747) , Contact Person: Mr. Sanjay Thakur. I called the Service Center and inquired about Mr. Thakur where i got to know that he is not on the seat and the lady registered my complaint and told me that the executive will visit u the same day.
Today i.e. 14.05.2011 i again called the service center but the Lady attending the phone misbehaved and started a violent language and told me that the executive will visit as and when he is free and if i want i can go to any other service center , when i requested to the lady to get me talk to some of his superior then she disconnected the phone , again i called the customer care and inquired about my complaint , but the same answer comes that the executive will visit today itself.
Its a very bad experience with the customer care center and the service center and above all they don't know how to speak with the customer , as they use such harsh and abusive language
IN ONE WORD FOR SAMSUNG ............... "IT'S PATHETIC"
