I have bought one Samsung Window AC Model # AW18ZKC
Serial # A324PZASA003044 on 25th April 2010 from M/S Better Deals electronics Pvt Ltd.

On 27th aug 2010 My AC is giving problem of no cooling, I called Samsung Customer Care @ 1800110011 regarding this they told me that they will send the engineer to my Res to check the problem (BP # 8410589242).When Engineer came he told me that Ac's Gas was leaked and ac should go to service center for gas refilling it will takie 2-3 days On 29th Persons from Samsung Service center named.

On Monday 30th Aug, I received a call from Service cente that Acs Condensor is faulty and needs to be replaced (Being its under Warranty) and Part is not available so, we need 2-3 More days.
After so many fiollw ups finally On Saturday 4th Sep I again called Service center and they told me that they received that part and we are going to install and after checking we will deliver it by Sunday 5th Sep, but nobody came to deliver, now on Monday 6th Sep I again called at service center to get the status this time they say thatr part is not yet recieved and it will be delivered by Thursday(9th Sep).
Now, I want you to do somethng in this regard.
I want a new AC in Replacement of that AC.
Please help me.
