Samsung has not given any regular Service for AC and now when i logged complaint for the Servicing of AC its been more then 20 days i didnot received any call back or visit from them. And even they are closing there ticket without any information. Called there helpdesk 30308282 many times and even spoke to there supervisor's also but no joy.

Originally this was logged on 31st March and after that till now 3-4 times they closed there ticket and i reopend it because Service is still pending.
Hope to see some positive results of this complaint.

Is that a free service coupon you trying to use or do you want to pay for the service?

Sercice as in cleaning the unit? or is there a problem with the working of your samsung ac?

I personally prefer the local aircon repair shop guy coming to my place for the yearly cleaning instead of calling the company as they charge a bomb and the local guy charges Rs300 and does the job with a smile and only one phone call does the trick.

I havent used samsung aircons so no idea what their customer service is like but thanks for sharing this valuable info which will make sure that I don't buy any samsung aircon in future either.
