I purchased a Sansung's Window 1.5 Ton A.C. IN April 2010, Now from 25/09/2010 a.c. is not working properly and i have lunched complaint in samsung's customer care many time and all time they people r assuring me that your problem will resolve soon by our engineer and somebody will visit for your a.c. but till now nobody came neither called me till today.
I M VERY DIAPPOINTED FROM SAMSUNG'S SERVICE AND I WILL NEVER SUGGEST TO ANY BODY FOR SUMSUNG'S PRODUCT

I purchased a Samsung window AC in 2005.it is troubling since then.authorized mechanics failed to correct it.now other mechanics say that usualy compressor of samsung ac is weak. So spend thousands & sweat thousands in the hope of cool air.

Samsung/Window A.C.... Its sad to know that you have spent your hard earned money on something tat is doing nothing but troubling you. Friend from now please don't go for Samsung. Go for Daikin India or some other because they are very prompt with their service and moreover have many product options.

This is for the first time that I have come across a complaint for Samsung and I feel sad. But if you feel it is not working for you then go for others--- Daikin, LG, Hitachi, Creer etc, there are many and this is all I can say.

Arrey this Samsung is like that only... Even I have had a bad experience from them. Try some other brands like Haier, LG, Daikin, Hitachi etc. Their products are superb and so is their customer service. I am happy with them.
