I have bought Sansui 19" LCD TV from Bangalore 5 days back i have been told by the Dealer of the company that it got all the features and he has showed the Demonstration on other model and said 19" Lcd has the same functions,through Dealer words i bought LCD. i checked at my place the video was not working again i went to the sansui Dealer for verification but he is unable to solve my problem and said he will arrange Demos for the LCD as i have to shift to Delhi i come to Delhi when i appraoched The sansui cutomer care the said we will do the wall-mounting and Demonstration of the LCD when engineer came for wall mounting and he showed the Demo he said Video features is not in this model as dealer wrongly commited and misrepresent the functions of the LCD i approached the Company but they are refusing to exchange i also said i will pay the difference for the other model but it refused by senior managers.i want to take action against company as it wrongly represented and sold to me and they cheated me to made the sale of the particular model.

I want strict action against company and do the needful.
