Dear Sir,
I had purchased a sansui t.v. on dt. 16.02.2005 at Nagpur from "Vidarbha Vehicles Pvt. Ltd.". The t.v. was guarranted for 7(seven years). Recently I am posted at Bilaspur & my t.v. is out of function since dt. 22.07.2010.

I have been complaining on telephone to the customer care of sansui (customer care No. 18004194040)but till date no result & I can not take this to a unauthorised repairing shop as it is within gurranty period. Plz. help.
