We had purchased Sanyo fully automatic washing machine on 21-01-2009 with 24 months warranty at Garnet Marketing Pvt Ltd, Tarnaka, Hyderabad. The washing machine got technical issue and stopped working from 01-10-2010. We gave the washing machine for repair on 07-10-2010 to ecare, authorised service center for Sanyo products.

Since then, they are not giving any proper response and kept the washing machine with them only. This has caused lot of inconvenience to us. It has added lots of efforts for completing our day to day activities. Please note that its already been one year that we gave the machine for repair and till now they didnt revert back to us.

Hence, We request you kindly look into this matter and help us in getting the money spent on this machine as we dont have any confidence on the Sanyo products which is neither have customer service nor quality.
