    Default Sensei AC customer care harassing me

    I have purchased 1.5 ton Sensei AC Model no : SS118ABN3S from Big Bazar, GIP Mall, Sector-18, Noida. Invoice No. : 143477213 Dated: 18/07/2010. Now it’s creating cooling problem. I have complained about it on 22/05/2011 on toll free no 18004257722. The complain no are 320336 (You can check my complain through my registered mobile no: 9213133013). They said we will give you service within 48 hours. But nothing has to be done. I have again called them on 25/05/2011 they replied that we have preceded your request and serviceman will be come today. But he has not come. Next day again asked them about the matter they replied that he will definitely come today. But no body comes till date (28.05.2011). They are totally harassing me.

    First tell me - is it Sansui or something that you have written. And secondly, are they avoiding you like you have mentioned or are they actually harassing you. Because there is a vast difference in both. And if they are harassing you then you must go to the cop. And then always prefer better brand acs like Daikin India or Hiaer. I am sure they will never harass you.

    Is Sensei (what you have writte) actually Sansui. If it is then it is very very bad because Snsui is supposed to an exclusive brand like Daikin India or Haier, Hitachi. I think cannot think how this can happen with Sansui.

    Don't rely on them completely. Try other brands like Hitachi, Samsung or Daikin. They nicely built acs as well as good cusotmer support. They will make you go crazy with their dily-dalying attitude. You can also sue them inorder to teach a lesson.
