Default Service complaint regarding Symphony Comfort systems Limited
II had purchased jumbo junior air cooler from 'SRI GURU ENTERPRISES' 7-2-648, OPP MAJID, RP ROAD, BATA, SEC' BAD 500 003 on 13.04.10. Tax invoice # 134, the water pump is not working from 30.05.10. I had registered a complaint to symphony service station on 03.06.10 complaint no # 630/N thruough phone to their service station number # 040-32501977/23468022. Also i had done several follow up on phone and emails but till date there is no proper response from their side.

The problem is still not attended and no action is being taken by the concerned authorities of symphony.

Request you to kindly help me in solving this issue
