I have given my Phylips sterio for repair on 13/05/2010 to M/S Clarity electronIcs .Adayar with phone no 24404443 which is an authorised sevice ceneter, Even after repeated reminders the date of delivery isnot assured eventhough initially they promised it in a period of 10 days. Every time similar information of waiting for spare is the replay. It is highly regretted that such big companies have this type of Sservice centers.I am taying 70 km away from Chennai and it is difficult for me to visit their service center frequently. My work order no is 8074 and address is 2, 5th avenue, Kalpakkam. PL HELP INTHIS REGARD
