I have purchased a Rangehood Tew (Kitchen Chimney) made by Shakers from Sathi Traders, R.N. Avenue, Sodepur, 24 Parganas (N) on 9/5/2011 (cash memo 1825).
When the Rangehood was installed at my home that was nonfunctional. I have to lodge complain to the company and they repaired and any how it started to work from 13/5/2011. But then we saw the main problem, that the oil is not collected in to oil collector, instead oil is leaking from all round the open front of Chimney. I have complained many times to the dealer as well as the company, i.e. Shakers. Initially Shakers have sent some technicians sometimes but the problem remains unsolved. I have requested them to look into my matter but now Shakers are paying no attention to my serious problem. I bought this chimney for nearly 10,000 Rs.
