It is shame on lg electronics as i have purchased a AC and have received a damage piece which since have bought dose not give the cooling as we have complained to LG customer care and they took our AC to service center for repair and they make fool of me for three days only to return the AC back by giving wrong commitment that it will be delivered to you in evening etc. As i have bought this AC on 18th of march 2010 and during this period of servicing i have talked to mr. sunil head of customer sales and then i have received the AC back. Now After 15 Days i am having the same problem with the AC of not cooling. Please do the needful for us as we are really fed up with this response.
