Sintax/Solar Water Heater
I purchased solar water heater of 2000 ltrs of Sintax make Sl No 0039/09/01/03 from Sintax industries thro their suppliers M/S Anusha Enterprises, Bengaluru (Invoice No 90) in September 2009. After few days expansion on the two sides of the drum was observed which has so far not been set right by the company despite repeated pleas and personal appearance before them in their office at Mahalaxipuram, bangalore. Shri m Ravindranath Reddy, their sale representative assured to replace the drum which has not been done. Please take up the matter with the company for redressal. In this connection I submitted a written complaint in their office on 24 June 2010 and sent photographs of the defect as wanted by them through e mail. Instead of taking prompt action, there were false oral promises to set the things right. There were leakages from the sides also of the main tank. When I went to their office at Mahalaximipuram, one Shri Subramanya Swamy took my complaint and after that no mechanic came from the company. I t was assured by them that the defect would be set right even after the lapse of guarantee period which has so far not been done. By visiting their office, and sending correspondence I incurred expenditures besides loss of valuable time. I am working in Assam and I can not approach them now and then. I request your goodselves to take up the matter with Sintax for redressal. I also heard from them that they stopped producing this due to receipts of compliants on mechanical grounds. I will be obliged to you a lot if you could take up the matter with them for rectifying the defects and provide me with suitable damages for loss of time and energy

Even after my telling that I would go to consumer redressal forurn, there was no positive response from the company. Even a year and a quater has gone by the company is in no mood to respond to my complaint. No technical person came to my house to over see the problem except the supplier who came and drank coffee and took out some measurement after so many calls! .Hence I would personally request yourselves to take up the matter with the company for early settlement of the issue. Let somebody come and check and replace the material which will bring name of value to the company. Even talking to their Head office at Ahmedabad did not bring results So I request you to do the need ful. at the earliest to restore the lost glory of the company and help me.
