I had purchased an electric chimney Euro Tec in the month of March 2011 from Mr.Rathi, Manager, SKN ENTERPRISES, SHOP NO 27, MAIN SHEETLA MATA ROAD, GURGAON, Mobile No. : 9312804775, Mr.Rathi Mobile No.9718482771, Mr.Puneet (Manager-Service) Mobile No.: 9350042417. Mr.Rathi has promised that during warranty period after every 2 months free service checkup would be done by the company. Also your manger Mr.Rathi promised me that a bill of this chimney would be given after making the full payment of Rs.4,000/-. But till date he had not given me the bill. But no one came to service and it become faulty in May 2011. On making complaint both of you have promised to attend it the very next day which never came. After nearly one month one engineer came and said that a part has burnt and it would come from Mumbai after 2-3 days and then it would be repaired. But till date no one has come and now both the managers are not picking my call and when I call them from another number they pick up and make excuses that it would be repaired or a new chimney would be replaced next 2-3 days and save that number for future, for not picking that number.

Today I had spoken to Mr.Rathi from another landline number and he promised that new chimney would be replaced by the company by next week.

I once again request the company to please rectify the complaint immediately and send me the bill as promised by your manager Mr.Rathi.
