    Angry Sony Bravia LCD

    Hi,

    We bought a Sony Bravia LCD model no KLV-32S550A IN5 on 8th January 2010. The tv started showing picture related problems and we lodged a complaint , number being 6454762 , 3 weeks back. The problem was addressed after a week and repeated phone calls and an engineer visited to check the same. He told us that a certain part had gone faulty and needs to be replaced with a new part from Singapore. The new part came after 10 days , and again repeated phone calls and reminders. The engineer on fixing the new part found that even the new part was facing some problems and another part needs to be brought from Singapore.

    Its been 3 weeks now and there is not even a single reponse from the company's side on the status of our complaints. We don't get proper response at the service center or the customer care. Both the departments seem to be dependent on each other for any further updates.'There are old people leaving in the house and the entire episode has left them angry and frustrated.

    Request your help and intervention in getting the problem resolved at the earliest.
