I bought a sony digital camera model no-DSC-T77 from Sony World,165/1,C.I.T Road,Scheme VII-M, Ultadanga,Kolkata-54 on 04/10/2008. The pictures taken by the camera in during night time are very blurred. I tried the night mode,auto mode given in the camera but its of no use. So i took the camera along with some sample pictures taken by me with the camera to Sony Service Centre at 64,Aurobindo Sarani, Kolkata-700005. They told me that the camera is not capable of taking good pictures at night . I requested them to take the camera for a service as it is under warranty but they refused to do it and then they told me that i am not capable of using the camera properly. I bought the camera for Rs 15990/ and now i feel cheated that Sony Company is making such costly digital cameras which are not capable of taking good pictures at night.
