To Sony Electronics India Date: 14-09-2010
Dear Sir,
It is with regret I wish to inform you. That M/s Sony Electronic Ltd( Authorised Sony Service Centre. Area Santacruz West. Managed by Ketan Damnia. Number 61535353) has been unhelpful and unnecessarily high handed in accepting to repair my Sony Television.
First I Was Attended by Mr Jaikishan. Who is employee of Sony Authorised service centre Santacruz.
Who is working under Ketan Damnia. And I Was told that Feed back transformer of my sony tv is not working properly. And I need to replace the same. He came to my home. Charged me 300 Rs. And told me to Launch complain on sony customer care. Than only he will get the original part from Sony Company to replace the same. I Did exactly the way I was informed. Later I Was told by mr Ketan damania and mr Jagdish that as I stay in Kandivali . this area does not fall under their Zone.So I need to contact Some one From the same zone. So again I will pay service charge of 300 rs.
So if my area does not come in Mr Ketan damnia’s Zone. Than why I Was attended by Mr Jaikishan
And was charged for same( Amt Rs 300). Also spoke to mr Alwin Bathelo Number 40053679. Said please call mr Ketan damnia and rest will be taken care. But as mentioned above mr Ketan is not ready to provide service for same . I am trying to call Mr Alwin Bathelo but the number is just ringing. No one is picking up the phone. I want resolution for same on high priority basis. As I have spoken to Vikas and sudhanshu on sony customer care number 18001037799. Has launch the complain on 7th September 2010. Complain Number 5918584. But did not get any resolution for same. Please do not force me to put this complain on mouth shut .com or to Consumer forum and ask for compensation for wrong information and service provided by Authorised Service Centre Sony Electronics.
