Subject : Carelessness of your NRI Electronics Service Center.


Dear Sir,
This is in request to share my pains given to me by your authorized Service Center NRI Electronics, located in Sector 2 , Noida .

Case : I am having the handy-cam Sony HDR-XR550E bearing the serial number : 825240 was in warranty when i gave them for repair. I was having the problem with the USB Port. So I make a request to them to repair my handy-cam on 28th of October 2011 and for several days i didn't got any calls from them on 04 Nov i called them to know my handy-cams update they said we have ordered the part when it will come then we will call you.

On my several repeated requests in the mean while they never turned back to me. On 22 November 2011 they called me up that your handy-cam is repaired please take back. So I went to the center for delivery when they gave me to check it i again faced the same USB problem, then i gave it back to them. They said we will get it done soon and will call you. I called them several times and visited them to know my handy-cams status. But no update they were only telling me this that we have got the hardware and it has to be updated and server is down so we are not able to give it back to you.

Now on 22 December i again went to sony center and asked them when will i get my handy-cam they said again the same excuse that it is not updated and will give it to my by yesterday evening. I got a call yesterday evening that your handy-cam is ready will deliver it to you in morning. I said ok i waited till morning and they i got the call again from that guy that there is again a problem in my handy-cam. Now i don't know who to blame the NRI Sony Center or myself who bought that damn sony handy-cam.

On 28 December 2011 it will be two months of delay on NRI Sony Service Center. This delay had freak me out and from now i will never buy or recommend any sony product due to my bad experience with the product and its services.

Please request the NRI Electronics to repair my handycam as soon as posible.

Extremely careless response by the NRI Electronics which is an authorized service center of Sony.
