I am Deblina Saha and I purchased a home theatre system last year december. For this whole year I faced the problem of push protector and person from sony came ffor servicing within the warranty period. I face this problem every two months and this is the last month of warranty. this month also I am facing the proble and later on if the problem persist i have to bear the cost without any reason. As i was provided with a defective set I would like to get it replaced as i have that right as a consumer. hope the right action would be taken. the model num. is- DAV-DZ310/CE12 and the serial num is 6121364
