I have purchased a new Sony Bravia 32V550A LCD TV 6 months back. Last week the LCD TV got switched off automatically and the display went
bad. Its a new TV and not even a year old.
We had registered a complaint at the customer care centre (1800-103-7799) on the 13th of September 2010 vide complaint number 5956203.
They assured us the call will be attended in 2 working days and inspite of we calling them they have only given us false assurances but no
one has come to attend the same.
Since today morning, I called on customer care centre (1800-103-7799) 4 times to get the update on my complaint, but every time customer care
executive told me that "not able to provide the update as the sstem is down, call after 10 mins."
Being a company of such a repute their service was considered to be one of the best but nave never come across such horrible after sales
service.
If the complaint reaches the right person then would like them to please look into the same.
