I have purchased sony lcd tv on 24th may from mehta sores sector 18 noida.
Its power support system stopped working on 14th dec 10, we immdly made a complaint vide complaint no 6613077 at sony service centre. After 10 daysthey informed us that it would take another 15 days to get the part.
I am really surprised at response of sony. May i request higher ups to look into the matter.
