Hi, I am from chennai, I have gone for tour to malaysia for vaccation with my friend and I have purchased a sony lcd tv model KLV32BX320 SERIAL NO 3225729 on july 10th, 2011 in Hanifa SDN BHD for MYR 999.

I have great opinion about SONY brand and products, because i have used sony portable cassette player which is making me lover of sony products and brand.

When the LCD tv product comes to market, i have dreamed to buy in sony. That dream comes true at the time of buying this LCD tv in KL though it costs my TWO MONTH SALARY. I am proudly carrying that TV pack in chennai airport, almost every one looks on it. It may be a dream of more of them.

After installing the TV it gives great performance and neighbors also dreamed for it and am referring SONY to buy.

On 27th Oct 2011 on the fourth month of purchase, when watching news in the TV it got turned to showing lines on the screen and picture gone. I have called sony service centre valasaravakkam at chennai. They have sent an engineer he checked the set and immediately informed me PANEL is gone. It will cost around INR 14000. I have shocked and am not able to digest the situation. Because how can i spent another 2 month salary for repair the TV?.

Dear SONY management, please please consider my request to repair the TV.

Not only DHONI is a brand ambassador for SONY, users of SONY products with satisfaction they are all REAL BRAND AMBASSADORS, kindly make me a real SONY brand ambassador.
