Hello All,

This is regarding the Jaipan Juicer we ordered and we received it on 28th April 2011. It was placed on the name of Moti Lal.

Within a week, it stopped working. When we called Star Cj in May first time for the complaint, they gave us Japan Juicer's manufacturing Contact number 022-61410000.
We called on Mumbai number but we never got any proper response back, in reverse they said, "DO WHAT EVER YOU CAN Do". Also they advised to contact Star CJ.

Accordingly we contacted Star CJ for solving the complaint. Their response was that soon their technical team will contact us. Since then we have several times complaint for it, but we have never got a reponse back.

More than 10 times we have complained as per Star CJ record. Following are the dates of complaint:

12th June
23rd July : Response was they will send the technician to our place to get it repaired. But no once came yet.
15th June
17th June
20th June
24th June - Called twice
29th June
3rd October
8th October
24th October
3rd December

We had a word with Prashant Singh (Shift incharge) on 24th October and assured us that the problem will be solved very soon. But we have not received any help for replacement of the product yet.
