we ordered a ONIDA 32" LED TV on 26th September ,we were assured that we will receive it within a week. but it did not reach us for two weeks ,then we called them many times(above 50 times in counting) regarding our order,and we were consoled every time that we will receive it within a week.it was our third product of that month and we were supposed to get a polo watch and vouchers worth Rs.1000.We were provided with the token no. 100037656 and the order was registered on the name of Mrs.Rani Sharma (my mother).Now when we called them again they gave us the no. of the courier company named CJ GLS. The no. was 9891198421(ROHIT) And when we contacted them they also gave us the excuse that they have the tv but they are waiting for our free gift(polo watch)and it will reach us in a week, But on (8-12-2011) they are telling us that we should order the product again ,and the special offers are cancelled. Because of them we could not buy tv for 3 months and we are losing all the offers. we also wasted a lot of money calling them, the
have wasted a lot of time and we need JUSTICE!
