Awful Delivery schedule and pathetic Customer support.
I ordered Glen Food Processor on 16th November 2011 and as per Star CJ committment the product should have been delivered within 10 working days. Its close to one month now and absolutely no sign of the delivery. Customer care bunch of idiots sitting are of no help as they do not know the status. Everytime I call they say that they will make arrangements to get me a call back from the concerned department. So called concerned department also doesn't know anything and no solution is given.

I already have made the payment so I am stuck now. Please help in getting my product delieverd.
