I HAVE BOUGHT A WHIRLPOOL DOUBLE DOOR 220LIT REFRIGERATOR IN FEB 2010 THE DOOR OF THE SAME GOT FAULTY IN MARCH , I HAVE REGISTERED A COMPLAINT WITH SERVICE CENTER AND THEY CONFIRMED THAT THE DOOR WILL BE REPLACED.DURING THESE MONTHS I HAVE CONTACTED BRANCH OFFICE SEVERAL TIMEA BUT THEY GIVE ONLY ASSURANCE,

I WANT TO FILE A COMPLAINT AGAINST WHIRLPOOL IN CONSUMER COURT.
PLEASE GUIDE ME , I LIVE AT RAIGARH CHATTISGARH, BUT I HAVE BOUGHT THE REFRIGERATOR AT PATNA FOR MY PARENTS.

HELP WILL BE APPRECIATED.

I live in Trinidad West Indies, having purchased a NEW W/pool 22cu T/B ref w/ice-maker, on 5th Feb 2010, the entire fridge shut down on 22nd May 2010. The company from which i bought it from Part World Ltd, located on 155A Easter Main Road, Barataria, Trinidad. They told me that THEY DONT EXCHANGE UNITS they can only fix it, they replaced a fan in the freezer (note this appliance is on a 1 year FULL warranty). On August 6th 2010, the entire freezer froze up with thick ice blocking the fan from blowing, there was thick hard ice covering everything, plus the bottom section of the fridge was hot, i called the company on 7th August 2010 and spoke to a head technician, who told me to unplug the fridge let everything thaw out and they start it over again, they would send a technician on Monday 9th 2010. I did and its running now, freezing up again and they is water everywhere because the defrosting pan is overflowing daily. This company doesn't care and they have my money because i payed for the thing in cash. I deserve a new Unit from them, i didn't pay $10,000 for the stress, of having to be fixing a defective refrigerator every 2 months at the company's discretion. This is not right, compound that with a general manager who doesn't care a thing about his customers because he told me to my face "i have to take what i get". NOTE it only 6 months now i have the refrigerator. CAN SOMEBODY HELP ME PLEASE
