Dear Sir,
I bought a new Sunflame Pearl Three burner Gas stove on 26/08/2011 from Star Cj live online shopping. Despite a new and branded company product not even used more than one month there is a LPG leakage in the stove due to this fatal defect in manufacturing one day(09/11/11 ) fire blast came out in kitchen when my wife was working on that gas stove caused my wife burn injuries.
There after we logged complaint with Sunflame customer care on 10/11/11. They send service team twice at my home for repairing but I was not satisfied with their work and my wife told them that this Gas stove is still leaking but they assured that this accident will not occur again as such they has repaired the stove.
While working in the kitchen my wife smelt LPG gas leakage many times . On 15/12/11 second time when she was preparing food on the stove in the morning this stove again caught fire with blast then she has shut off the LPG gas cylinder to save her life.
Again we logged complain with Sunflame on 15/12/2011 then they sent service team twice they told us this stove is having major LPG leakage problem . we have seen three times Fire/blast in kitchen during repairing of stove. Then one technician Mr. ARUN told us that I had seen this type of problem in Gas stove first time in my seven years of experience and this Stove should be replaced with new one as such this stove can not be repaired .
As such we have seen FIRE accident many time by keeping our LIFE on RISK, we can not bear further repairing of this product.
Being a matter of LIFE of our family we are requesting the SUNFLAME company to replace my product as soon as possible. Being a reputed company we can not accept this type faut in the new product. after regular complain with SUNFLAME company service center for repairing but they have send their technicians five time during one month they tried to repair LPG leakage in stove but failed.
so we want to replace our stove as soon as possible we can not take LIFE RISK further.
Despite repeated emails (10/11/2011, 23,24&27/12/2011)to SUNFLAME customer cell, they are not taking interest in solving my problem which is genuine.
so that i am sending Bill details for rectify my issues as soon as possible.
