Dear Sir,

I bought a new Sunflame Pearl Three burner Gas stove on 26/08/2011 from Star Cj live online shopping. Despite a new and branded company product not even used more than one month there is a LPG leakage in the stove due to this a gas /fire blast has come out from the bottom side of the stove caused my wife burn injuries. Being a reputed company we can accept this type faut in the new product.

so that i am sending Bill details for rectify my issues as soon as possible otherwise i will report this matter to consumer forum.

Dear Sir,

REMINDER -II

i am sending this mail again urgently due to same problem occurred today 15/12/11 morning with my wife and me . After your technician repairing we was not satisfied with you technician servicing as such we are smelling LPG gas leakage from small burner knob which is defective.your servicing team is not supporting us and not replacing defective item causing life thread to my family so kindly rectify the issue as soon as possible otherwise we will go to consumer forum for our damages.

Today(24/12/11) we have returned your service team and denied for further repairing of GAS Stove because of we want replace that defective/risky product with new GAS stove as such we can not take LIFE RISK further

so response this mail as soon as possible to avoid tarnish the image of a GOOD company
