We have bought Sunflame 3 Burner Spectra N with legs at Rs 3600 wide bill no 6602 from shree Muthulaxmi Distributors B 112, laram Centre, M A Rd, Opp Andheri rly station, Mumbai 58. On 16.09.2011 on name of Harsha Desai Res 26837633.

We have following suggestion
1. You must write your web side details in warranty card.
2. You must check with clients on his comments/suggestions/ complaints.
We have following complaints:
1. The MS zali coated with powder coatings has rusted, all three..
2. Two of the burners Big and medium started giving different sound and getting switch off.
3. Medium Burner does not have proper level.

We had also taken another piece for our in laws, from same shop and same day has similar problems.
We have lodged the complaint in your feedback form in web side.
