Dear sir/madam

i have purchase a room warmer on 29/12/2011 the seller had not give me any bill .room warmer is faulty and also there is miss use of isi mark on the product. As it is found that some screw of the product are missing .

The seller is not replacing the product neither returning my money back.please help me soon before it is too late.
